Nuvance Health has a network of convenient hospital and outpatient locations — Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital and Sharon Hospital in Connecticut, and Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in New York — plus multiple primary and specialty care physician practices locations, including The Heart Center, a leading provider of cardiology care, and two urgent care offices.  Non-acute care is offered through various affiliates, including the Thompson House for rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, and the Home Care organizations.

Summary:
The purpose and duties of a labor are to insure a clean and safe job site, to deliver materials so jobs can be started and completed on time, and to perform other carpentry duties.

 

Responsibilities:
1. Delivers materials to job sites.
2. Keeps job sites clean and safe.

3. Keeps track of inventory.

4. Stocks inventory and materials.

5. Assists carpenters when needed.

6. Performs small jobs when needed.

7. Picks up and delivers materials to & from warehouse, stores, etc.

8. Maintains hospital vehicle.

9. Keeps shops clean and safe.

10. Helps outside the department when needed.

11. Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.

12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required:
Minimum Experience: three years

Desired: Health care/commercial setting experience preferred.
