Nuvance Health has a network of convenient hospital and outpatient locations — Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital and Sharon Hospital in Connecticut, and Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in New York — plus multiple primary and specialty care physician practices locations, including The Heart Center, a leading provider of cardiology care, and two urgent care offices. Non-acute care is offered through various affiliates, including the Thompson House for rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, and the Home Care organizations.

Summary:

The Staff Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients referred to the Rehabilitation Department by qualified practitioners.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of a professional Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Licensure/Registration/Certifications Licensed and currently Registered in the State of New York.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience for Outpatient department, new graduates will be considered for the Inpatient Department.

Location: Vassar Brothers Medical Center

Work Type: Per Diem

Salary: $32.00-50.00/HR. based on YOE

Work Shift: Rotating weekends, weekday PTO coverage
