JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education - Master's degree in social work 

Licensure – Current, NYS license Preferred – CCM certification Experience

Preferred – 1 year of hospital experience preferred 

Position Summary:

• Location: Putnam Hospital in Carmel, NY 
• Work Type: Part-Time
• Standard Hours: 24 hrs a week! 
• Pay Rate: $31-58 Based on experience 
• Work Shift: 3 x 8 hr shifts a week; rotating holiday and weekends are required
