External Description:

Nuvance Health has a network of convenient hospital and outpatient locations — Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital and Sharon Hospital in Connecticut, and Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in New York — plus multiple primary and specialty care physician practices locations.

Summary:

Inspects, maintains, repairs or replaces hospital equipment systems and property, as necessary to maintain a safe, secure, comfortable aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, visitors, Medical Staff and employees. Must be familiar with fire and disaster plans. Performs security duties and other duties assigned.

 

Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Requires a minimum of three years in building maintenance with emphasis in one of the primary trades.

General main use of power tools, general plumbing, electrical, carpentry.

Standard Hours: 8.00

Work Schedule: DAY 

Work Shift: Daytime shift

Department: Plant Operations

Pay Range: $19-$33 based on experience
