Summary:

The CTICU Registered Nurse / RN utilizes the principles of the nursing process to provide for continuity and quality of nursing care administered to a specific group of neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patients consistent with the philosophy, goals, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and Hospital Administration. The CTICU Registered Nurse / RN demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to the age of the patient served on the nursing unit or by patient care departments.

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred

Experience: 1+ years of experience as an ICU / Critical Care / CTICU RN

License: Active Registered Nurse license in the state of NY

Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
