Job Summary: Essential ICU team member providing direct/indirect care. Collaborate with physicians, monitor conditions, and drive excellence. Agility in dynamic patient care and cross-department duties under supervision, elevating standards.

Requirements:

• Accredited nursing school graduate
• CT RN license before orientation
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications before orientation completion

Position Overview:

• Location: Sharon Hospital, CT
• Full-Time for stability
• 36 hours/week, Day/Eve 12-hour shifts, weekends/holidays
• Department: ICU/CCU
• Competitive hourly wage ($36.60 - $52.53) + shift differentials, $50,000 Sign on Bonus
