Responsibilities: As an RN in the ICU/CCU, you'll plan, coordinate, and implement patient care tailored to the patient population on the assigned unit. Ensure efficient, safe care in line with standards of care, adapt to changing systems, and consistently demonstrate quality and effectiveness in your work habits and clinical practice. Your focus will be on providing exceptional care to our patients. 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️🏥

Edu. and Exp Requirements:

• 📚 Education: Nursing diploma or graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 🩺 License: Current CTS RN License; BLS, ACLS certification required, Critical Care course preferred.
• 🏥 Experience: Previous Medsurg and/or ICU experience preferred. CC RN preferred.

Position:

• 📍 Location: Sharon Hospital
• ⏰ Work Type: Full-Time (36 hrs a week)
• 📅 Standard Hours: 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend and holidays as assigned. On-call at least 1 shift per week.
• 💰 Salary Range: $50 - $65/hr (Based on years of experience) + Great shift differentials!
